Ugh. That abysmal remake, the absolute worst remake of all the unnecessary remakes was the biggest joke of all. Terrible, fuzzy headed movie, (One of it’s biggest sins, the failure to properly use the incandescent Jennifer Connelly. Now why did those aliens fail to properly examine Ms. Connelly? Another being inflicting the irritating Jaden Smith on an unsuspecting movie audience). Just dreck all around.

  At least Robert Wise was dead by the time of this remake. (Though he did live long enough to see The Haunting get remade.)
