(a bit greasily)
Say, I haven’t seen you here before. What’s your name?
Toozie talks as she is writing something on a cup.
TOOZIE
Toozie. Actually Lucy but people have always called me Toozie.
(pointing out Joe’s bag)
Say, you work at Oikos Galenou?
JOE
Uh, yeah, actually. At the warehouse laboratory down the street.
TOOZIE
(smiles)

Given her prior knowledge of the Gynophage and its location, her particularly specific interests, and her less than optimistic outlook on her post-graduate life, I think it’s more likely she delibrately got a job at that particukar Sleepless Joe’s branch, and that it’s HER doing the sizing up.
