If I recall, isn’t that Lilly Munster, AKA Caroline Jones on the slab?
It could well be Carolyn Jones — she is listed in House of Wax‘s credits, although I can’t remember the character she plays well enough to say definitively whether it was her. (I hope I’m not being pedantic in pointing out that Carolyn Jones played Morticia Addams in The Addams Family; Lily Munster was played by Yvonne De Carlo.)
