The Japanese text indicates (and some web searching confirms) that this is an image from the 1967 Japanese sci-fi TV program Captain Ultra, specifically the caracter of “Akane” played by actress Yuko Jono. The image was originally posted on tumblr by TOKYO SCUM BRIGADE.
