Is that “something or other” a model of the craft she and her crew mates were inside when shrunk on Land of the Giants?
Might be. I know of the existence of Land of the Giants and that she was in it, but I can’t remember seeing it and therefore don’t recognize the ship.
Also possible I suppose that it’s a vacuum cleaner. The late 1960s were sort of a strange time.

Chickfighter is indeed right, Lund is holding a model of the Spindrift, the space going passenger craft that carried her passengers to the Land of the Giants! Years ago I built the Aurora Plastics model kit of the Spindrift. A nice kit for the time, it sadly had only a small scale Deanna Lund. For those wishing to indulge in nostalgia, there is a reproduction of the old Aurora kit currently available.
Ah, plastic models. I once taught a photoshop class at Revell Models in the Chicago suburbs. Hanging on the walls were the original paintings for the box illustrations, including some I built as a boy, like the Dam Buster Lancaster from WW2, bouncing bomb included. Pure nostalgia.
