I did some sleuthing on that address. First I found a list of streets in San Diego. Turns out there’s only one Avenue that starts with U. University Avenue, so that’s abbreviated as Univ.
Can’t make out the last digit, looks like it could be a 4. 3024 is approximately here. Somewhere around this intersection is where Bob’s Hobby Shop once was.

But sadly no more is, apparently.
I’ve occasionally been able to find some of these old pulps — usually in very fragile condition — on sale, but they’re pretty rare. I always hope to find places that sell more.
