With the glasses and the goatee, this very archetype of a mad scientist looks like Lenin. How many of the stories were set in Eastern Europe or Russia?
He has a lot more hair than Lenin did, though.
I can’t recall any stories set in Eastern Europe or Russia, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t any.
