Oddly enough, I have never known an actual cat to lie on its back like that. On their flank and exposing their belly for a good scritching and kneading, yes. Flat on their back, no. Not unless wrestling with another cat and setting up for a solid raking with their hind claws.
If you need more contacts with cats, here’s the tip.
I have seen a cat do this that is entirely trusting their human and is purring loudly in contentment.
Better not show her off to some guests. Especially those with contacts to alphabet agencies.
Quite a lot of effort (and murders of young men and murders of young women and converting them to youth cream) to set himself up with a fancy estate and his own personal naked catgirl. I would not want to have to clean that litterbox.
