Well, the company would be failing its own security policies and procedures (not to mention be liable to dereliction of duty penalties) if it didn’t make everyone first sign an NDA before allowing them access to that room and/or related information.

Still I’m curious who this woman is – if she was already an employee of the company or hired specifically for this purpose? I imagine they would want to limit the amount of people “in the know” regardless of NDAs.
If she doffed her robe after this scene and was quickly consumed, I would imagine the NDA would be moot.
