Heimbach (b. 1954) has little presence on the web, but I was able to find a short biography of him here.

The first pair appear to be promotional work for a movies at the Castro theater by David O’Daniel, who has a site here. TThe third image is one of a large series of movie posters by Ken Taylor. The final image is Metropolis by Canadian artist Ron Guyatt.
