Mysteriously, the alien crystals reduced Dr. Foster to about one fifth of her previous height. The other scientists thought it would be best to keep her under isolation for further study.
You would think they might at least get her a towel, or something.

My original tumblr post was here. This is an image from the 1940 sci-fi/horror movie Dr. Cyclops, and I believe our imperiled heroine is played by actress Janice Logan (1915-1965). The image was originally posted by swampthingy and comes to us via ghastlydelights.
