I think this was the only Canadian SF movie I ever saw, eh?
Set in Canada apparently, although the Wikipedia article on the movie indicates that it was actually a British production, based on a story by an American writer (Amelia Reynolds Long, 1904-1978) that originally appeared in Weird Tales. Long live international cooperation!
