My original tumblr post was here. This illustration was made by an artist working under the name of Crik and posted on ver tumblr with the comment:
This is the illustration I made for trinquette weekly challenge,I wanted to give her a retro look but with a twist, new look therefore I pictured her fully dress, which is kind of new for the character, i made the background match her costume, colors, play with yellow and green, as a reference to the sci fi, alien atmosphere of barbarella, and as a tribute to the old barbarella comics, it was hard but fun and interesting.keep working.
My original tumblr post was here. This image was created by artist Marguerite Sauvage and posted on her tumblr with the comment “Barbarella, I made some corrections for a book, here the new version.”
