3. The way the clown girl can apparently see avatars only convinces me further that Austin is the only one who can see her.

   • I am inclined to agree.
     Added to your observations is her surprise that Austin could see her when she was peeping through someone’s window and apparently fondling herself in public.

4. Ms. Fowler’s attitude gives this situation a bizarre quality that puts me in mind of a mixture of two common nightmares: Finding oneself at an examination one has not studied for and finding oneself naked in class. Throw in a few elements of a wet dream for extra weirdness…..
