I cant help but feel I missed some action. What happened between this page and the last?
It’s deliberately done to be sketchy (perhaps too much so –it’s experimental writing) but Rose Thorne — the operative who first appeared on p. 14, after having communicated via neural implant with her henchman (the “subtitles” on the previous page), staggered out and took control of the situation, including “custody” of Medea and Fatima.
What this will mean will be made clearer in a few more pages, I hope.
