These issues of Other Worlds are incredible examples of pulp art. Each digest-size magazine is lushly illustrated on both covers, featuring works from pulp masters such as J. Allen St. John and Hannes Bok. Enjoy!

This post comes to us via Not Pulp Covers.
Great covers, and great to see the names of Editor Ray Palmer and Richard Shaver, author of I Remember Lemuria, classic 60s era weirdness.
Those 2 are the reason why Other Worlds was created. Ray Palmer was fired from his position as editor of the Ziff-Davis pulps Amazing Stories and Fantastic Adventures, and Richard S. Shaver was banned from the Ziff-Davis pulps because of the “Shaver Mystery” stories. So Ray Palmer started his own magazine to continue publishing Shaver’s stories; the cover story for the first issue of Other Worlds was “The Fall of Lemuria”.
