2. Get’s to show how harmful, dangerous and oppressive these medical institutions really are especially on the subject of “mental health” especially how they’re treating a perfectly normal person despite being from the 19th century of course.

   • Well almost like she escaped patriarchal oppression of her own era and landed on to the next which this time by medical authority and the state, I wonder how she’s going to get out of this….

     • Their methods weren’t good, but be honest: if you met someone who’d been (or you could reasonably assume had been) taking drugs and proclaimed they’d come from the fairly distant past, wouldn’t you assume they had a screw loose or needed to go cold turkey?

3. The pills are Chlorpromazine. They are anti-psychotic medication
